Our Company and Our Goals

Our company was founded in 1990 in San Diego California with a primary mission to fight against the impersonal service and high mortgage rates provided by banks and mortgage companies.

The end result is the investors are the ones in control of rates. The current economy then determines how the investors deal with these loans. With the economy on the rise the investors will demand higher yields from the lenders which in turn drives up rates. On the other hand, if the economy is on the way down the investors buy the loans for lower yields and rates start to fall.
